Order Refund policy
We offer a money back satisfaction guarantee on all our products. Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. A full refund of the product cost minus shipping. If a period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer an refund.
Exchange requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
A short description of the problem/issue you found with the product, including how it can be improved.
Product must be in original packaging.
Buyer must pay return shipping.
To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not do a refund.
Clearance items
Clearance items and/or Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund.
Shipping items
To return an order, you must contact us first.
Log into your customer account on our web site; https://shopify.com/85281407251/account. Click on Request Refund at bottom of page and follow the steps. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs regarding the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
