How It Works

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 40 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund of your product cost (shipping fees are not refundable).

What We Need From You

To process your refund smoothly, please make sure:

  • ✓ You include your order number or receipt (we need this to locate your purchase)
  • ✓ You share a quick note about your experience – even a sentence helps us improve

Please note: You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We want to make sure you're protected!


Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure everything is in order. We do this to maintain quality standards for all our customers. If your return meets the guidelines above, we'll process your refund right away.

Important timing note: If more than 40 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately can't accept the return. We know life gets busy, so we recommend setting a reminder if you're still evaluating your purchase!


Items We Can't Accept for Return

To be fully transparent, clearance items and products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded. These are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
