Vox Nutrition is the contract manufacturer Numi Naturals selected to produce its formulas, chosen for the strength of their quality and safety systems.
They commission each lot's certificate from a laboratory owned by neither company, which is what makes it an independent check rather than a self-assessment. A laboratory issues its report to whoever submits the sample, so the certificate carries their name. The lot number on it is the lot in your bottle.
