Numi Naturals Monthly Giveaway

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry periods

The Giveaway runs in consecutive monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on the last day of that same month. Entries are not carried over between periods. The Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time by posting notice on this page.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter, and both carry exactly the same chance of winning.

1. Free entry. Complete the form at numilove.com/pages/giveaway-entry. No purchase of any kind is required.
2. Register a bottle. If you already own a Numi Naturals product, registering it on the product's verification page also enters you.

Limit one entry per person per entry period, regardless of method. Entries submitted by automated means, or by anyone using multiple email addresses or identities, will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

5. Prize

One winner per entry period receives one bottle of Saffron360 (60 capsules) and one designer supplement travel organizer.

Approximate retail value: $32.00 for the Saffron360 and $38.00 for the organizer, for a total approximate retail value of $70.00. The prize is awarded as stated, is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. Drawing and odds

One winner per entry period will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period. The drawing will take place within five business days after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that entry period.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry, within five business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the notification. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

9. Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these rules, or acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

If the Giveaway cannot be run as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and to select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Entering also subscribes you to our email newsletter, which you may leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. Leaving the newsletter does not affect an entry already submitted.

11. Winners list

To request the name of a recent winner, email hello@numilove.com with the subject line "Winners list" and the entry period you are asking about, within ninety days of the close of that entry period.

12. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

13. Not sponsored by anyone else

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Numi Naturals. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon, Shopify, or any other retailer or platform.
