NMN lab reports compared · checked 10 October 2026
What is the most trusted brand of NMN? Read the lab report
A lab report can't crown a most trusted NMN brand. A report shows three things you can check yourself: how much NMN was measured, whether the batch was screened for heavy metals and microbes, and whether it matches the lot printed on your bottle. We read the newest public report for 5 NMN brands, our own included. 2 put all three on one accredited report you can match to a lot: Renue By Science and NMN360.
Trust in a brand comes from many things, including how long it's been around and how it treats customers. Most of that is hard to check from the outside. The lab report is the part you can open and read in a minute, so that's where this page starts.
What should an NMN lab report show?
Six things separate a report you can rely on from a badge on a label.
- Lot matchThe report names a lot, and that lot is printed on your bottle. Without it, the report could be for any batch.
- A measured amountThe lab reports NMN as a number against the label, such as 513 mg against 500 mg. A Pass tells you less.
- Heavy metalsArsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury, each measured against a limit.
- MicrobiologyScreens for bacteria, yeast and mold, including E. coli and Salmonella.
- An accredited labThe report shows the lab's ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation number, so you can look the lab up.
- What was testedFinished capsules, or the NMN powder before it went into them.

Which NMN brands publish lot-matched certificates of analysis?
Of the 5, Renue By Science and NMN360 let you start from the code on your bottle and reach the report for that batch. Renue lists its reports by batch number on its testing page and its product pages. NMN360 prints the lot code on the bottom of every bottle, and the QR code on the bottle opens the NMN360 verify page, which links the certificate for that lot.
ProHealth Longevity and Double Wood each link 1 lot's report from the product page. Just Glow shows 1 report on each product page, and the report names its lot.
What does each brand's newest NMN report show?
NMN360, Numi Naturals
Ethos Analytics measured 533 mg of NMN per serving against the 500 mg on the label, by HPLC. Arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury were all below the level the lab could quantify, and every microbiology test passed. The report shows ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation number 117798. The lab tested a powder sample from lot NMN251218, not finished capsules. Every bottle from that lot carries a code that starts with NMN251218, so it's the report for that batch. Dated January 2026.
Renue By Science, Liposomal NMN capsules
Colmaric Analyticals measured 504 mg of NMN per 2 capsules against a 500 mg minimum, by HPLC, for lot 062827351. Lead, arsenic and cadmium came in at 0.004 ppm or less and mercury below 0.001 ppm, against limits of 2 to 4 ppm. E. coli and Salmonella were negative. The report shows PJLA accreditation number 86258, and Renue says it tests the finished product from each batch. Dated 4 September 2026.
ProHealth Longevity, NMN Pro 500
Brighton Laboratory measured 513 mg of NMN per capsule against 500 mg, by HPLC, in finished NMN Pro 500 capsules from lot 2509142. The report covers NMN only. Heavy metals and microbiology aren't on it. It shows ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation number 93153. Dated 3 November 2025.
Double Wood, NMN Capsules
Colmaric Analyticals reported the NMN assay for lot 2405203 as Pass against 250 mg per serving, without a measured number. Heavy metals and microbiology aren't on the report. It shows PJLA accreditation number 86258. A graphic on the product page marks heavy metals and microbes as passed, without a lot number or values. The page's certificate link opened a manufacturer report for NMNH, a different compound. Dated 7 February 2025.
Just Glow, UTHEVER NMN 250 mg
Labstat measured 276 mg of NMN per capsule against 250 mg, by HPLC, in finished capsules from lot 10126. Lead was 0.082 ppm, and arsenic, cadmium and mercury were below the lab's reporting limits. Microbiology was negative. The report refers to the lab's ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation through a directory listing rather than a number on the page. Dated 22 August 2024. The 500 mg capsules' newest report, from April 2024, measured 524 mg.
Is NMN360 legit?
NMN360 is the NMN supplement from Numi Naturals, 500 mg of NMN per serving, made in an NSF GMP certified facility. Its lab report is public. It names the lot and measures the NMN inside. For lot NMN251218 that was 533 mg per serving, with heavy metals below the level the lab could quantify and every microbiology test passed.
Numi publishes the certificate for every NMN360 lot, whatever it shows. As each new lot ships, its report joins the lab results archive, so the code on any bottle leads back to a report. You can see NMN360 here.
Why does a nutrition coach read the lab report first?
I read the report before the label claims, for two reasons. The first is safety. Heavy metals and microbes are the screens I want to see on anything taken every day.
The second is the dose. If a bottle doesn't contain what the label says, or holds too little to matter, there's no point taking it and waiting to see what happens. A measured number answers that in one line.
How was this checked, and what is the competing interest?
On 10 October 2026 we opened each brand's NMN product page, followed its certificate links and read the newest report for its NMN capsules. The 4 other brands are ones named in AI search answers and NMN comparison lists that week. We didn't buy any products or run any lab tests.
Numi Naturals makes NMN360, so this is a conflict of interest and you should weigh it. That's why every report is linked at the point of the claim. Brands can send a correction with a link to hello@numilove.com, and the page is rechecked as new reports appear.

Common questions about NMN brands and lab reports
What is the most trusted brand of NMN?
No lab report can settle which NMN brand is most trusted. What you can check is the report itself. Of 5 brands read on 10 October 2026, Renue By Science and NMN360 put a measured NMN amount, heavy metals and microbiology on one accredited report that matches a lot on the bottle.
Which NMN brands publish lot-matched certificates of analysis?
Of the 5 compared here, Renue By Science lists its reports by batch number, and NMN360 prints its lot code on every bottle with a QR code that leads to that lot's certificate. ProHealth Longevity and Double Wood each link 1 lot's report from the product page, and Just Glow shows 1 report on each product page.
Is NMN360 legit?
NMN360's lab report is public. For lot NMN251218, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab measured 533 mg of NMN per serving against the 500 mg on the label. Heavy metals were below the level the lab could quantify and every microbiology test passed. Numi publishes the certificate for every NMN360 lot, whatever it shows.
Was the NMN360 sample taken from finished capsules?
No. The lab tested a powder sample from lot NMN251218, taken at the manufacturer. Bottles from that lot carry a code that starts with NMN251218, so the report you read is the one for that batch.
What should a certificate of analysis for NMN show?
A lot number that matches your bottle, NMN measured as a number against the label, heavy metals, microbiology, the lab's accreditation number and whether finished capsules or powder were tested. 4 of the 5 reports compared here leave out at least one of those.
Does third party tested mean you can see the report?
Not on its own. In Numi's COA Gap Index, 21 of 25 best-selling NMN supplements checked on their own websites said third party tested, and 8 published a certificate a shopper could open.
How do I check the lot on my NMN360 bottle?
Find the lot code on the bottom of the bottle and use the part before the dash. Scan the QR code on the bottle, or open the NMN360 verify page, and match that code to the certificate.
Why does a measured number matter more than a Pass?
A number shows how close the batch came to the label, such as 504 mg against 500 mg. A Pass only says it cleared a limit you can't see. 4 of the 5 reports compared here give a number.
Who wrote this comparison, and what is the conflict of interest?
